How to Organize an Event Using Google Calendar

Google Calendar can help you much more than you may realize. They're busy. You're busy. You don't have a secretary. How on earth would you invite and track confirmations to your personal or business event?

Google Calendar allows you to send invitations like this that automatically track confirmations. This is best when all you have are email addresses and not everyone is into social media.

Many people use event scheduling in Facebook, which is cool. When everyone is into Facebook, that's a great gadget to use. But what if all you have are email addresses?

This is where Google Calendar comes in. Find out for yourself by following the step-by-step guide in the slides below.

Feel free to throw back polite questions, suggestions or feedback. I would be delighted to reply within 72 hours.

Enjoy your next barbecue!

  1. Most are in Facebook, but still not everyone is in there. Besides, you can invite only your contacts there.

With Google Calendar, all you need are email addresses. I think that's a fantastically more superior way of organizing an event.

  2. You can also use Google Calendar as your "To-do List". Instead of creating an event, you will choose/click "task". It's very helpful in managing your schedules. What's more, you can share your deadlines to your team members as well.
